Our Prosecco Brut DOC is hand-harvested during the first week of September in the Treviso plain.
Vinification takes place through gentle pressing, light maceration, and white fermentation at a controlled temperature. All this gives the Prosecco Brut DOC a bright yellow color with a persistent foam; visually, it shows an elegant and fine perlage. On the nose, it reveals a varietal bouquet typical of its grape, with aromatic and delicately fruity notes. Traditionally, this Prosecco Brut DOC pairs perfectly with fish dishes — but first and foremost, it is the aperitif par excellence!
