Single vineyard designated as a single Carmenere cru, identified by the letter Y indicating the selected rows.
Prodotto in PIANURA TREVIGIANA a MAROCCO DI MOGLIANO, cru dal terreno particolarmente limoso misto ad argilla bianca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Manual harvest between September 20th and 25th, in the last decade of the month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


It has an alcohol content of 13% vol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Vinified with gentle pressing, maceration on the skins at controlled temperature, and manual pump-overs.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La fermentazione Malolattica ha luogo in acciaio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La tannici nobile viene preservata per sostenere la futura evoluzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vino dal rosso rubino intenso tendente al violaceo, presenta note fruttate di ciliegia e mora, con sfumature erbacee pi\u00f9 o meno evidenti. Quando \u00e8 affinato in legno evidenzia sentori terziari speziati come pepe nero, cuoio giovane, chiodi di garofano. Al palato \u00e8 di corpo, morbido ed elegante, presenta una buona acidit\u00e0, un tannino elegante, mai aggressivo per una buona persistenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A tavola si abbina con salumi tipici e formaggi di media stagionatura
non solo della regione, ma anche dal panorama italiano. Carne rossa e selvaggina in genere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Carmenere grape comes from the ancient \u201cVitis Biturica\u201d of Albanian origin, brought to France by the Romans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its name may derive from \u201ccarmine,\u201d due to the intense purple color of the resulting wine. In recent years, it has been rediscovered, and its historical roots in this DOC are such that it can be considered native. It produces wines with medium acidity and soft tannins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Utilizzeremo un calice di<\/strong> dimensioni medio-grandi, balloon o a luce ampia<\/strong> per permettere la diffusione dei<\/strong> profumi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La temperatura di degustazione<\/strong> consigliata \u00e8 di<\/strong> 18-20\u00b0C a seconda della tipologia<\/strong> in esame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il Carmenere \u00e8 un vino molto versatile con tutti gli abbinamenti tradizionali, ideale per gli arrosti, sia di carne bianca che rossa, cacciagione e formaggi stagionati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
