Our Prosecco Brut DOC is hand-harvested during the first week of September in the Treviso plain.<\/p>\n

Vinification takes place through gentle pressing, light maceration, and white fermentation at a controlled temperature. All this gives the Prosecco Brut DOC a bright yellow color with a persistent foam; visually, it shows an elegant and fine perlage.\nOn the nose, it reveals a varietal bouquet typical of its grape, with aromatic and delicately fruity notes.\nTraditionally, this Prosecco Brut DOC pairs perfectly with fish dishes \u2014 but first and foremost, it is the aperitif par excellence!<\/p>\n
