COL FONDO 4 x 4 !
- Pouring it directly into the glass.Be careful to move the bottle slowly so as to pour only the clear part. The cloudy part can then be poured in later, if desired.
- Decanting it.Separating the clear part from the cloudy one and allowing the wine to oxygenate.
- Shaking it.By gently shaking the bottle before pouring, you’ll enjoy a cloudy and intriguing wine.
- Riddling it.It takes some time to perform the remuage, but we assure you the result will leave you amazed.
For optimal tasting, a serving temperature between 8 and 12°C is recommended to highlight the aromatic qualities of the sparkling wine with sediment. It pairs perfectly with appetizers of cured meats and cheeses, typically from the Veneto region and beyond; first courses and purées, as well as white meat and game, enhance the structure and breadth of this sparkling wine with sediment.
The aromatic profile of the sparkling wine is concentrated in a very narrow channel within this glass, making it easy to quickly identify the main aromas.
