SOME TASTING TIPS:
For the classics red winesof medium body and intensity, served in a rather rounded glass allows you to appreciate the color, usually quite clear, of this type of wine. The the bowl will be fairly wide to allow the intense, fruity aromas to be appreciated. For full-bodied red wineswhich have usually undergone extended aging in the cellar, we will use a larger-sized glasswith a more or less rounded shape, similar to a balloon glass, to allow the wine to swirl in the glass, thereby oxygenating it and observing the formation of legs on the glass walls, which indicate its body. The glass bowl will be wide enough to fully appreciate the evolving aromas of this type of wine.
