SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
VISUAL EXAMINATION: Transparent soft ruby red wine.
OLFACTORY EXAMINATION: Bouquet complex and elegant with aroma of cherry, wild strawberries, raspberry, rose, viola, sweet spices, leather and black tea.
TASTE EXAMINATION: It has good freshness, in the mouth it’s medium-bodied, thin tannins and a lively acidity for a good long finish. Aromatic.
FOOD PAIRINGS: It combines with delicate cuts, white meats, roasts, game, lamb, seasoned cheese and mushrooms.
