OLFACTORY EXAMINATION: Aromatic with floral and white-fleshed fruit notes and yellow fruits for example apple, pineapple, pear, hawthorn, gorse, peach and slight vanilla hints.
TASTE EXAMINATION: It stands out for a good freshness, softness, weel-balanced and lingering structure.
FOOD PAIRINGS: It is excellent for aperitifs, it pairs perfectly with fish, crustaceans, seafood, risotto and vegetables. White meat, seasoned and fresh cheeses.
