PRODUCTION AREA: IN THE TREVISO VALLEY, PRECISELY IN MAROCCO DI MOGLIANO VENETO
HARVEST: In the third week of September
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,50° ABV
VINIFICATION: Soft and gradual pressing, temperature-controlled vinification with whole grapes.
Champagne method: refinement in the bottle
and 24 months lees ageing.
SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
VISUAL EXAMINATION: Clear pink wine with fine perlage expressing long chains.
OLFACTORY EXAMINATION: Fresh with red fruits perfume as cherry, raspberry, blackberrie and currant. Slightly spicy and light pepper and licorice aroma.
ESAME GUSTATIVO: Conferma la sua freschezza che spicca all’esame olfattivo con retrogusti di frutta rossa non estremamente matura.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Great as an aperitif, appetizers of oysters, sea truffles, raw prawns, cold cuts, aged cheese. First courses of fish and risotto, main courses of white meat and English-style roast beef.
